Your Team Can’t Improve What You Don’t Coach
One thing I’ve learned over the years is that you can’t just tell your team what you expect and assume it’s going to happen.
You have to coach around those expectations consistently.
If someone isn’t booking enough appointments, sit down and understand why. Are they having enough conversations? Are they asking the right questions? Do they know how to handle objections?
Sometimes the problem isn’t effort. It’s a skill they haven’t developed yet.
As agency owners, our job isn’t just to look at the numbers at the end of the month. It’s to help our people improve the activities that produce those numbers.
Set clear expectations, review performance, give feedback, and keep working on it.
That’s how you develop people, not just manage them.
