We’re two months from the end of the year. This is when a lot of agents start chasing every idea they heard at a conference.

I’d ask you the opposite question. What’s the one thing your office does every single day, no matter what? Not the thing you tried for a week in March. The thing you’d still be doing if nobody was watching.
